Do I pay extra for Vinclane on ClientsPlace?
No. It is included in every paid ClientsPlace plan, Starter and up, under Automations.
What counts as a run?
One start of a workflow, however many steps it has. A client onboarding that takes three weeks and sends six reminders is one run.
Do my clients need an account?
No. Each request is a private link. Clients can save a draft and come back to it from the same link.
Is there a separate price for Vinclane?
Vinclane is included in every paid ClientsPlace plan today, or you can run it standalone: Starter $7, Pro $17, Business $37, or Enterprise $79 a month, billed monthly (annual saves 15%), excluding applicable taxes.
What are AI credits for?
Drafting a workflow or a form from your own text, and AI steps inside a workflow. A person always reviews a draft before it goes live.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. If you use Vinclane inside ClientsPlace, it follows your ClientsPlace subscription; if you subscribed to Vinclane on its own, cancel it from your Vinclora account. Your run history stays exportable for 90 days.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU. You sign in with your Vinclora account, which supports multi-factor authentication.
